The Purpose of The Coming Bible Prophecy Reformation Book

The Purpose of The Coming Bible Prophecy Reformation Book:  If you’ve read our book, you know that we quoted from many excellent prophecy writers who support the Middle Eastern End Time Paradigm but who disagree with us on some details in order to give the reader a broad overview of possible scenarios to take place in the Middle East in the last days. The author’s intention is not to be right about every single detail as we know we won’t be right about everything but to give the reader a general understanding of coming events. Our main intention is to shift the focus away from Europe and toward the Middle East regardless of what nation becomes the head of the last days empire of biblical prophecy. If you happen to have read our book and disagree on some details, know that this is perfectly acceptable to us and that we are on path to search for truth as God keeps opening our understanding to more details as the end approaches. We just hope that this book was worth your time and that it helped you see the Middle Eastern focus of Bible prophecy more clearly. This book is not about the author’s self promotion or the promotion of any denomination but solely of God’s prophetic Word and the soon return of Jesus Christ.

The Sensationalist’s Prophecy Nonsense of the Year

The Sensationalist’s Prophecy Nonsense of the Year:  Every few years prophecy sensationalists come up with their candidate for the Antichrist. The false European end time paradigm has led people to make all kinds crazy claims regarding who the person of  the Antichrist  might be. Some have in the recent past pointed to Prince Charles, former French president Nicolas Sarkozy, former Secretary General of the European Union Javier Solana and former British prime minister Tony Blair. This year of 2015 is the time of US president Barack Obama and pope Francis to be on the sensationalist’s list for the Antichrist. You find countless videos on YouTube and articles online making this foolish claim. It seems that people never learn from their past mistakes.

The bible is very clear where the Antichrist comes from and leaves no room for meaningless speculations like these. The prophets always point to him as a religious, political and military leader to rise in the geographic region of ancient Assyria. Daniel calls him the “king of the north”, meaning the Assyrian territory north of Israel which encompassed the area of modern day Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Iran  and Turkey.

According to Daniel 11:37-39, he honors a god of fortresses (war, jihad) who is worshiped by the natives of that Middle Eastern territory. He is not a Roman Catholic and he is not a western atheist like Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras who is also on the Antichrist list of some sensationalists.

Antichrist will be the king of the north (Assyria and remnant kingdoms) covering modern Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Iran.

The Return of Babylon

We are witnessing the return of Babylon!

(Revelation 17:9-11)

9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

This passage says that the beast that was, and is not (at the time John received the Revelation) returns as the eighth and is one of the seven mountains which represent seven kings/kingdoms or empires of biblical and prophetic history.

This future  kingdom is mentioned by name in Revelation 14:8 and Revelation 18 and there is only one kingdom/empire whose name is directly associated with a “mountain” and Revelation 17:9-11 associates this returning kingdom with a “mountain.”
“24 And I will render unto “Babylon” and to all the inhabitants of “Chaldea” all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith the LORD.
25 Behold, I am against thee, O destroying MOUNTAIN (empire), saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt MOUNTAIN (empire).” (Jeremiah 51:24-25)

Here we learn that Babylon which is located in the land of “Chaldea” returns in the end times as a destroying MOUNTAIN (empire) to do evil against Zion (Jerusalem). God says that He will make Babylon a burned MOUNTAIN. This means that this future Babylonian empire will be destroyed by fire. Isn’t that what we read in Revelation 18?

Map showing Chaldea and Babylon in what is known as modern day Iraq

When we study all of Isaiah 13 & 14, Jeremiah 50 & 51 and compare them with Revelation 17 & 18, we learn that the empire that returns as the 8th is the Babylonian empire whose headquarters will be in the land of Chaldea. See how many references to the land of the “Chaldean’s” you find in these chapters. This means that the future and last empire of biblical history and prophecy will be headquartered  not in Rome as most popular prophecy teachers say, nor will it be a revived Turkish Ottoman Empire. This coming last days empire is the revival of the Babylonian Empire in the land of the “Chaldeans”, modern day Iraq. Daniel 2 says that when the metal image is destroyed by the stone that comes out of heaven, the gold (Babylon) , the silver, the brass, the iron and the clay are all destroyed TOGETHER. This means that the head of gold will again be present in the last days and it will be the head of the final empire. Babylon was and will again be the head of gold.
“Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold (Babylon), broken to pieces TOGETHER (in the end times), and became like the chaff of the summer threshing-floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.” (Daniel 2:35)

The Identity of the Religious Empire of Revelation 13 is no Longer a Mystery!

The Identity of the Religious Empire of Revelation 13 is no Longer a Mystery!  It is not hard to understand what John saw in Revelation 13. What he saw was a geopolitical conglomerate of the first three kingdoms of Daniel 7. The fourth beast in Daniel 7 is the same conglomerate beast of Revelation 13. Both have 10 horns. The images below illustrate what the Beast empire of the last days geographically looks like.

The beast covers the same area of the Seleucid empire, the king of the north of Daniel 11 which returns in the end times to invade Israel and conquer Jerusalem. Daniel 11 and Revelation 13 talk about the same subject. The only difference is that Daniel 11 uses literal geographic terms whereas Revelation 13 uses apocalyptic symbolism as Daniel 7. The beast demands worship from the inhabitants of the earth and that means that the beast is a religious empire. Islam is the religion that dominates the geographic region of the beast empire. The emblem on the flag of Iran (ancient Persia, the bear) depicts the name of Allah. The identity and the geography of this religious empire is no longer a mystery.

Could Babylon be the Revived Head of the Beast?

This is another article we wrote back in 2008 in which we explain that the Babylonian empire could be the head of the beast that is healed in Revelation 13. The current situation in the Middle East with the rise of the Islamic State in Iraq and the recent claim made by Iran that Iraq  is the new “capital” of  a Shiite Iranian empire shows us how possible it is now for the view  presented in this article to become reality.

Debunking the European Antichrist

This is an excerpt of an article we wrote back in 2008 debunking the European Antichrist theory and it is now starting to make sense with events in the Middle East. Click this link to read the article or download the free 18 page PDF report: Debunking the European Antichrist

The increasing popularity of the Assyrian Antichrist is causing some prophecy authors to rise furiously against the proponents of this view. Recently a certain prophecy author published an article in which he criticizes some prophecy writers who believe the Assyrian Antichrist connection. You can read the article at: http://www.beastfromtheeast.org/Lamplighter_JanFeb09_ACMuslim.pdf In criticizing the view of Walid Shoebat and Joel Richardson in his article, this author writes: “A good example of Shoebat’s tortuous logic can be found in his attempt to explain away the meaning of Daniel 9:26. The plain sense meaning of this passage is that the Antichrist will come from the people who will destroy the Temple. Shoebat and Richardson argue that the Roman legions that carried out the destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 AD were composed primarily of Arabs, mainly Syrians and Turks. They therefore conclude that the Antichrist will arise from the Syrians or Turks and will be a Muslim. This is really grasping at straws in the wind! It doesn’t matter whether or not the legions were composed of Australian Aborigines, it was the Roman government that decided to destroy Jerusalem, it was the Roman government that gave the orders, and it was Roman generals who carried out the destruction. Rome was the rod of God’s judgment and it is from the Roman people that the Antichrist will arise.” The author says it does not matter whether the legions were composed of soldiers who were not Roman because it was the Roman government that decided to destroy Jerusalem. Another author makes a very similar statement: “Historical precedence typically dictated that the subservient soldiers of any ruling kingdom or empire became the subjects of that kingdom or empire. In this instance, even though the Roman Empire was known to employ non-Roman troops within its ranks, such as defeated Assyrians, these troops operated solely under the command of their Roman leadership. The legions that destroyed Jerusalem and the Jewish temple did not do so out of their own independent accord, but acted solely under the direct authority and instruction of the Roman Empire.” Read full article here: http://prophecydepot.blogspot.com/2009/01/does-daniel-debunk-assyrianantichrist.html In fact, the opposite is true. In his work, The Wars of the Jews book 6 chapter 4, Josephus who most likely was an eyewitness to these events says that the Roman government DID NOT want the Temple to be destroyed. The Roman soldiers did it out of disobedience to the Roman government simply because they hated the Jews. Josephus writes:

BABYLON: The Future Center and Head of the Coming Islamic Empire

Babylon: The Future Center and Head of The Coming Islamic Empire

In Daniel 2:35 we read that the stone that comes out of heaven destroys all the metals of the image TOGETHER. This means that the head of gold (Babylon) will again be present in the last days as the head of the ten-nation empire represented by the ten toes of iron and clay. The ten toes of the feet of iron and clay can’t exist without the rest of the body especially the head of gold where the brain of the last empire is.
In Revelation 13 we read that one of the seven heads of the beast is healed from what seems to be a head wound. Revelation 17 explains that the seven heads are seven mountains which represent seven kings/kingdoms. It also says that five had fallen and one is (Roman Empire) and one had to come as the seventh and last a short space. Many say this was the Ottoman Empire but it could refer to the ten-nation confederacy of the tribulation. The beast that was (before John), is not (no longer exists at the time of John) returns as the eighth and is one of the seven. This means one of the five mountain-kingdoms prior to John’s times has to be revived as the eighth. In Jeremiah 51:24-25, God refers to Babylon in the land of Chaldea as a “destroying mountain” (empire) that returns to destroy the earth in the last days.
Isaiah 14:4 calls the Antichrist the king of Babylon. In Revelation 18 we read that Babylon becomes the political and economic center of the beast empire. In Zechariah 5:5-11 we read that “wickedness” is transported back to the land of Shinar on its own base which is the geographic area where Babylon was located. Shinar in Genesis 10:9-11 is the land where Nimrod built the cities of Babel (Babylon) Akkad, Calneh and Nineveh. In Micah 5 the Assyrian Antichrist is associated with this land of Nimrod of Genesis 10:9-11.
When all these facts are considered, a final picture emerges for the empire of the end times: Babylon will be the center and the head of the coming Islamic Empire of the beast. This means that the modern nation that encompasses the geographic region of ancient Babylon, Nineveh and Shinar also known historically as Mesopotamia will be the capital, head and center of the coming last days empire. Iraq is the modern nation that encompasses all these ancient biblical territories that are spoken of as the center, head and capital of the last empire of human history to be revived under Antichrist.
Jesus Christ, the man born in Bethlehem of Judea in Micah 5:2 returns to bring peace by destroying the Assyrian and the land of Nimrod in the rest of Micah 5. Iraq is the land of Nimrod. Do you think it is a coincidence that Iraq has become the center of wickedness in our days? Do you think it is a coincidence that the embryo that is giving birth to the revived Islamic Caliphate is located in Iraq? Do you think it is a coincidence that Iran has declared to be a new empire with Iraq as its capital just as ancient world empires made Babylon in modern Iraq their capital?
The Bible is a Tale of Two Cities — Jerusalem in Israel and Babylon in Iraq. Christ is called the king of Israel. Antichrist is the king of Babylon (Isaiah 14:4)

Keep your eyes on Iraq.
